Our goal at PLACE Planning & Design is to transform your visions into reality. To that end, as the collaboration between Robert M. Feild AIA and Corey W. O’Gorman AICP, PLACE offers individualized services by the company principals so that you are working with people rather than companies. Strategic Planning and Project Management ensures that each step of the planning process is taken with implementation in mind. PLACE recently became a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and Mr. Feild and O’Gorman are in the process of becoming accredited thereby enabling us to offer clients proven techniques for environmentally sensitive and energy efficient development. |

Announcing Contract Award Margate Community Redevelopment Agency
PLACE Planning & Design is proud to announce that it was recently awarded a contract by the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to prepare an update to their redevelopment plan. Starting in August, 2008 PLACE will Begin collecting and analyzing data, evaluating progress made over the recent past, and preparing an amendment to the plan to guide the CRA and community over the coming years. |
