Strategic planning services have been provided to public and private clients on individual properties as well as distinct areas to formulate implementable approaches to complex situations. CRA Advisory services include TIF district feasibility, blight findings, plan preparation, organizational structuring, formulation of programs and projects, and project implementation. Starting with site selection and due diligence, Project management services include putting together the right team for the project and directing and managing that team toward successful completion of the project. This includes extensive experience with non-profit organizations and the nuances associated with them such as grant writing and administration, capital campaigns, direct purchases of materials for construction. |
