With a focus on urban infill, revitalization and redevelopment, PLACE combines the principals of design, Main Street and CRA advisory services, strategic planning, and project management to create an innovative mix of uses and unique social settings through our projects. At these special places, people can come together in new ways that celebrate the community. At the same time, we honor the history of a given place and weave that history into the design of new structures, and the renovation of existing places.
