For In the Pines North, 20 units of affordable housing for agricultural workers, PLACE provide project management and grant administration services; for the 13.5% Wine Bar, PLACE provided interior design and project management services; for the Reserve at Eden Gardens, a 92 unit affordable housing project, PLACE provided project management and construction administration service; for 505 North K Street, PLACE provided architectural design, zoning and permitting approvals, and construction administration services. |
