Mr. Feild has over 25 years of experience in design and related disciplines as both a project leader and a design professional. Working across disciplines, he has created master plans and real estate development projects that involve landscape architects, marina planners, site engineers, real estate specialists, and local stakeholders. At the same time, he has specialized in the custom design of homes, lofts, condos, and apartments. Mr. Feild makes creative visions into realities, having demonstrated the ability to create partnerships that undertake infill projects and to follow through with effective designs that meet the market. |

Corey W. O’Gorman, AICP |

Mr. O’Gorman’s career spans over twenty years of public and private sector experience in community planning and zoning, real estate development, redevelopment and project management. He is a highly skilled planner and project manager with proficiency in research, technical writing, public presentations, administration, and organization, as well as management of personnel, consultants and general contractors. Mr. O’Gorman is big picture oriented with strong attention to detail, and is knowledgeable of the planning, design, regulatory, and construction principals of real estate development. |
